Jeff received his degrees in business and computer information systems from Towson University in 2002.

Jeff started an internship with Aflac in December 2001 and accepted a full-time position upon graduation from Towson. During his time with Aflac, he held the titles of associate, coordinator in training, district sales coordinator, and regional sales coordinator.

Jeff joined the Sprowls Insurance Group as a producer in January of 2017. He enjoys working with his customers to customize coverage to meet their individual needs.
